REFUND POLICY.

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The request for a refund is made within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The cellphone must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of damage or wear.

  • All accessories and original packaging must be returned along with the cellphone.

  • SIM Kits are not eligible for Returns

 

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@tesixwireless.com or locate Chat in right-hand corner of screen. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images. Please note, we have the right to decline a return.

 

3. Restocking Fee

If you return a device that was originally marked as NEW and has been opened, an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. This fee is necessary as we will now have to label the device as 'Open/Like New'.

 

4. Refund Inspection

All returned cellphones will undergo a thorough inspection before a refund is issued. The inspection includes verifying the condition of the device, checking IMEI and Serial Numbers, and ensuring all other device specifications match the original purchase.

 

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. If rejected, the item will be returned back to your original shipping address.

 

6. Non-Refundable Items

SIM Kits are non-refundable.

 

7. Refunds After 14 Days

Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

SERVICE REFUND POLICY.

1. No Refunds

We regret to inform our customers that refunds for telecommunications services are strictly prohibited. Once a service has been activated or utilized, no refunds will be issued. Please ensure that your device is fully unlocked, not black-listed and is fully paid off with any previous carriers.

 

2. Service Activation

Telecommunications services are considered activated upon successful connection to our network or the commencement of service usage, including but not limited to activation being marked as coplete, making calls, sending texts, or using data.

 

3. Billing Period

Customers are billed for telecommunications services based on predetermined billing cycles. Refunds will not be provided for any portion of the billing period, even if the service is discontinued before the end of the cycle or there was no usage of services throughout the 30 day period,

 

4. Non-Transferable

Telecommunications services are non-transferable. Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of services if the customer chooses to discontinue or transfer services to another provider.

 

5. Billing Discrepancies

In the event of billing discrepancies or concerns, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team promptly. While refunds are not offered, we are committed to addressing and rectifying any billing errors.

 

6. Termination Fees

As a prepaid wireless carrier, there are no termination fees.

 

7. Service Quality

Our commitment is to provide high-quality telecommunications services. If customers experience service-related issues, we encourage them to contact our support team for resolution, which may include troubleshooting or service adjustments.

 

8. Changes to the Refund Policy

This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the refund policy periodically for any updates or amendments.
