Refund/Exchange Policy.

Refunds / Exchanges

Sim Kits are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchanges.

Service Refunds:

Once you have activated on the Tesix Wireless® Network no refunds are available for on services.

There are no exceptions on the following but not limited to:

  • Activating Locked Devices

  • Activating Blacklisted Devices

  • Activating defective devices


If you have made a mistake on your order or would like to cancel; please inform us within 24 hours via the ticket submission or chat in Right Hand Corner of Screen or by using the Tesix Wireless® ticket feature on your MyAccount Dashboard if you are a current customer. Sim Kits are shipped out 24 hours after your order is confirmed.


Please understand that Tesix Wireless® is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Tesix Wireless® ships via USPS and once package leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for handling of package.

If a package states delivered by USPS and you have not received the package, you will need to call your local post office to get more information. Tesix Wireless® can only provide you with proper tracking number to help locate package. Tesix Wireless® will not be responsible for sending a new Sim Kit or anything ordered via our website due to lost package. Tesix Wireless® will not be responsible for providing refunds on lost packages .
