Refunds / Exchanges
Sim Kits are non-refundable.
Once you have activated on the Tesix Wireless network no refunds are available for on services.
There are no exceptions on the following but not limited to:
Activating Locked Devices
Activating Blacklisted Devices
Activating defective devices
If you have made a mistake on your order or would like to cancel; please inform us within 24 hours at email@example.com or by using the Tesix Wireless ticket feature in the right hand corner of your screen. Sim Kits are shipped out 24 hours after your order is confirmed.
Please understand that Tesix Wireless® is not responsible for lost packages. Tesix ships via USPS and once packages leave our facility we are no longer responsible or aware of handling of package.
If a package states delivered by USPS and you have not received the package, you will need to call your local post office to get more information. Tesix can only provide you with proper tracking number to help locate package. Tesix will not be responsible for sending a new Sim Kit or anything ordered from our website due to lost package. Tesix will not be responsible for providing refunds on lost packages .
