Refunds / Exchanges:
You may request a refund for your Tesix Wireless Sim Kits or purchased device if the kit and/or device has not been Damaged, Opened, Punch out of Card or Activated within 7 days. If the Sim Kit or device has any visible damages, has been activated or is not returned in the same manner it was originally sent; a refund or exchange will not be approved.
To request a refund or exchange for your Sim Kit or device please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and await confirmation. Upon requesting your refund and sending Sim Kit or device back to Tesix Wireless, your refund will be issued in 2-3 days after receiving your items back. If you are requesting an exchange, we must receive your exchanging sim or device before a new one is shipped.
Once you have activated your Sim on the Tesix Wireless network no refunds or exchanges are available for Sim returns or refunds on services.
We recommend you getting tracking on returning Sim Kits or devices. We are not responsible for lost Sim Kits or devices in mail or transit and will not be responsible for refunding any money if we do not receive items back.
If you have made a mistake in your order or would like to cancel; please inform us within 24 hours at email@example.com or by using the Tesix Wireless chat feature from 8AM-5PM CDT. Sim Kits are shipped out 24 hours after your order is confirmed.
Please understand that Tesix is not responsible for lost packages. Tesix ships via USPS and once packages leave our facility we are no longer responsible or aware of handling of package. All mobile devices are shipped with proper insurance and Tesix Sim Kits do not require insurance.
If a package states delivered by USPS and you have not received the package, you will need to call your local post office to get more information. Tesix can only provide you with proper tracking number to help locate package. Tesix will not be responsible for sending a new mobile device, Sim Kit or anything ordered from our website due to lost package. Tesix will be responsible for providing refunds on lost packages whether Sim Kit or Mobile Device.
You may return or exchange any Brand New wireless device within 14 days of purchase. You may return or exchange any Certified Refurbished device within 30 days.
Tesix provides both Certified Refurbished and Brand New mobile devices. Your order will state your device conditions upon purchasing. Conditions will be one of the following:
Brand New (New & Never Used)
Excellent Condition (Looks, Works and Functions Like New)
Grade A (May have VERY minor wear; hardly visible)
Grade B (May have minor wear)
If a issue arrises with your Certified Refurbisheddevice within 30 days, you will have the ability to return the device for a full refund or exchange the device.

Sim Slot Failure
Headphone Jack/Lighting Port Failure
Issues that are not covered, are faults on customers part including but not limited to:
Screen Damage from Dropping or other acts
Loss or Theft
If it has exceeded 30 days of purchasing your device and any issue arrise as stated above, Tesix will no longer be responsible for any Exchanges and Refunds.
